Head of Fundraising & Marketing Job share (2 days a week 6 fixed term contract)
Are you looking for an exciting fundraising opportunity? Can you bring strong fundraising and leadership skills to an established job share?
We are looking for an experienced Head of Fundraising & Marketing to jointly lead the team in delivery of projected income growth and contribute to the development of Womankind’s long term fundraising strategy.

Salary
- Womankind is committed to the principle of equal pay for work of equal value. Salary increases will be considered each year, in February by the Board of Trustees. There are two elements to the salary increases – a cost of living rise and incremental scale progression.
Leave
- 28 days holiday (3 days taken over the christmas & new year) and 8 bank holidays
- 5 days paid leave for time off for dependants + additional unpaid leave
- Up to 10 days compassionate leave
