Office & HR Manager
We are looking for an Office & Human Resources Manager to join the Chief Executives office. This role is central to Womankind’s work on organisational development, governance and human resource management and capacity. You will provide assistance to the CEO to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office, and will lead on HR management and development in line with Womankind’s organisational strategy. Our ideal candidate will be able to juggle competing and time-bound priorities, and will have demonstrable experience of working with senior level colleagues and with a Board. You will have significant HR management and organisational development expertise, illustrated through your HR experience across a number of different contexts, and will be fully conversant with UK employment legislation and best practice. You understand and actively support Womankind’s vision, aims and values. A background in international development, women’s rights or experience of living and working internationally is an advantage.

Salary: £ 36,720 circa
