Policy & Advocacy Manager

The Policy & Advocacy Manager will be responsible for senior influencing work including research and policy briefings, organisational representation and networking.  If you are an experienced influencer with knowledge of gender and development issues and women’s human rights, in particular violence against women – excellent networking skills and the ability to represent the organisation to a range of different audiences then we would like to hear from you.

Programme Funding Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Funding Manager who will grow income from UK and international statutory and institutional donors and a limited number of international and specialist UK foundations. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of developing, submitting and securing funding from institutional and statutory donors, experience of developing international development programmes, experience of building and maintaining relationships with donors at a strategic level and ability to work at distance with NGOs based abroad. They will have an entrepreneurial approach, excellent knowledge of current funding trends, and existing contacts with donors and foundations.

Fundraising & Database Officer

We are looking for someone with a passion for exceptional supporter care to support our growth in fundraising from individuals. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience of supporting individuals and groups to fundraise and experience of using a relationship database to process donations, select data for fundraising campaigns and produce reports.

You’ll be a key part of the Fundraising and Marketing Team and will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager and Marketing Officer. Your role will be to provide high quality personalised supporter care to our growing number of supporters; to coordinate key fundraising events; and to process donations, produce data selections and reports and maintain and develop our supporter database.
