Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor
Womankind are looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor to lead in the provision of on-going technical support in the use of Womankind organisational M&E system across a) programmes, b) Womankind partner organisational strengthening, and c) Womankind policy & advocacy work. The adviser will work in close collaboration with Womankind teams and local partners.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in developing M&E and learning systems, including tools, methods and approaches that are proportional, adaptable and culturally appropriate. S/he will have an understanding of the realities of managing programmes from a distance and with partners, gained through significant experience overseas working in development. The candidate will be a good communicator, with the ability to engage positively with experienced staff in the UK and the organisations we work with.
Salary: £36,720 Circa
