Fundraising is not just a good way to raise money, it's also an excellent opportunity to raise public awareness of the challenges women are facing globally and what WOMANKIND is doing to make a difference. We have a fundraising pack below, which will help with whatever you decide to do.

Hold an Event

Do you have a hobby you are passionate about, love cooking for friends, would like to run a marathon, want to clear out the loft and have a garden sale then you can raise money for WOMANKIND. Fundraising doesn't have to be time-consuming or elaborate. The most important thing is to have fun, make the event something you will enjoy and get your families, friends, colleagues and even your community to join in.

Charity Challenge

Charity challenges are about ordinary people achieving extraordinary things. It's a great opportunity to have the adventure of a lifetime. What better way to see the world, meet new people and experience different cultures whilst raising much needed funds for the work WOMANKIND does.
Would a cycle challenge from London to Paris inspire you? This long weekend challenge takes you through historic towns, sleepy villages and rolling countryside. Or perhaps you would prefer something even more challenging and trek the Inca Trail. Rated amongst the ten best trekking routes on earth, it boasts striking beauty, ancient Inca ruins and diverse ecological zones.

If you would like to know more about these challenges, or to find out about the many other challenges on offer then please contact Julia on 020 7549 0360 or by e-mail at julia@womankind.org.uk

Community Group Fundraising

Are you a member of a community organisation? Do you think your local group would be interested in supporting WOMANKIND? Whether it's by organising a fundraising event, adopting us for a year, or holding a one-off collection, we would be delighted to have your support. In some instances, we can arrange for a speaker to visit your group and talk about WOMANKIND's work and why the support of community organisations is vital to us.
If you'd like more information, please contact Julia Czastka on 0207 549 0360 or email julia@womankind.org.uk
