Marion McCartney decided to mark her 60th Birthday by celebrating ‘60 Golden Days for Womankind Worldwide’. With her friends and family she embarked on new and exciting activities for 60 days and asked for contributions to be made to Womankind. She managed to have fun on her Birthday and raise money for Womankind at the same time!

Weddings and Civil Partnerships
If you’ve already got the toaster and the gravy boat, why not ask your guests to donate to Womankind in lieu of a gift? It’s easier than a wedding list and is a great way of using your special day to help women around the world to challenge discrimination and transform their lives.

- Request leaflets and newsletters to let people know how their gift is helping
- If you’re making a donation on behalf of a loved one, we can send a card letting them know about the donation and how it will help women across the world
