Join our Committees or Board

Womankind’s Board of Trustees is made up of volunteers with specific high level skills, from accountancy to law, international development and fundraising, that allow them to oversee the running of the organisation.

The Board of trustees leads the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with the Executive Director (and the senior management team) and ensures that the organisation delivers its vision and mission.

Womankind also has 3 committees made up of specialist volunteers (some of them trustees) who provide oversight in the following areas:

• Finance and Resources
• Fundraising and Communications
• Programmes and Policy

If you have skills in any of the above three areas please email sarah@womankind.org.uk and we can arrange an informal chat about the role and commitments of committee members and let you know when vacancies occur.

Call for Board of Directors for Womankind Worldwide Inc.

We are currently seeking potential applicants for three positions on the Board of Directors of our newly formed 501(c)3 organization: 1) Board Director, 2) Treasurer and 3) Secretary. Our recruitment process includes a number of steps, and we invite qualified members to submit an application (cover letter and resume/CV) for our consideration.
