Together with our partners, we are influencing a transformative, feminist agenda and demanding change and justice. We spotlight trends in violence against women and girls, women’s participation and leadership and women’s economic rights. We advocate for decision-makers and governments to change laws and policies. We weave and amplify feminist stories and voices.

Ending Technology-Facilitated Gender Based Violence
Tech-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV) is on the rise. That’s why, during this year’s 16 Days of Activism, Womankind took action towards ensuring the safety, dignity, and protection of women and girls online.
Global Convenings For Feminist Change
From CSW to AWID, Womankind joined our partners and allies in global advocacy spaces to facilitate learning and exchange, deepen solidarity, influence global narratives and funding practices, and ensure the meaningful inclusion of marginalised voices.
Countering Gender Apartheid & Gender Persecution in Afghanistan
In June 2024, Womankind and Women’s Regional Network (WRN) attended the event, Countering Gender Apartheid & Gender Persecution in Afghanistan. It was held on the sidelines of the 56th Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council. The event posed an urgent call for global action on this women’s rights crisis, calling on the international community to ensure it does not forget the women of Afghanistan.
