How do you put feminist into action at Womankind
My role in Womankind is to provide administrative and organisational support to the leadership team and the trustees. A broad ranging role which gives me the opportunity to get involved and help where I can on a wide variety of projects. I hope by supporting in this way, I give everyone more time to dedicate to the feminist organisations we support.
Tell us about your Feminist journey
My feminist journey probably started in my childhood inspired by my mother who for the time was very liberal minded. I continue to learn and be inspired by my colleagues and the organisations Womankind support.
A feminist hero of yours
My feminist heroes are the many women around the world who speak out for equality particularly women today who put themselves at risk to online abuse, trolling and cancelling. They are very brave to stand out and I’m very grateful for their work.
