Linda is the Policy and Advocacy Manager for Women’s Participation and Leadership. She will be joining the policy and advocacy team with her work revolving around women’s participation and leadership through various projects in Womankind’s focus countries.
Linda is a Feminist and Human Rights Lawyer with specific work and activism in the human rights sector through advocacy, litigation, program implementation and media advocacy. She previously worked as a Programme Manager, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) at Kenya Legal and Ethical Issues Network on HIV and AIDS (KELIN) and has worked with an array of non-profits in Kenya, Africa and at global level programming on Gender, SRHR and Intersectional Feminist Approaches in advancing human rights. She is keen on community service and serves as the chairperson of the Loreto Sisters Termination of Female Genital Mutilation Project.
