Women and Land in Zimbabwe (WLZ) works with rural women to facilitate the eradication of gender discrimination in access, ownership and control of land, natural resources and related opportunities for sustainable livelihoods of socially and economically disadvantaged/excluded women in Zimbabwe.
WLZ’s vision is to advance and economically empower women through land use.
WLZ works with rural women and provides them with information on their rights and entitlement to land. It also works to empower women to be more productive on allocated land, have access to more resources and engages with the government on land reform policies and laws.
